September 26 – Yin Yoga – Karen Babcock
Yin Yoga is a slow mindful practice that opens up the energy channels and calms the mind while stepping up the body’s natural processes and improving overall health. Practicing surrender in Yin can aid in learning how to relinquish control and release stress and anxiety. October 10 – Healthy Relationships – Kacie Steinmetz
According to Harvard Health Publishing, “Good connections and social support can improve health and increase longevity.” The power of positive connection promotes stronger immune systems, giving us the ability to stave off infection more efficiently and recover more quickly. The most authentic, healthy relationships are best created and nurtured between self-aware individuals who are willing to explore a deeper connection to oneself and how it affects our relationships. In that vein, we’ll first explore our relationship to self and then how we can command our reactions to others when we’re triggered and shift from a culture of shame and blame and anxiety to a culture of hope and love and support. October 17 – Massage and Reflexology – Rachel Mattox
Research is beginning to show more and more that massages don’t just feel good, they’re incredibly good for your body! Massage therapy stimulates the immune system by increasing circulation which helps to move lymph through the body, carrying toxins out. It can help reduce cortisol levels, boosting mood and easing stress and anxiety. Rachel will give us tools we can use at home for self-massage, reflexology and reiki self-healing with chakra stones. October 23 – Hypnotherapy – Lynn Wiederhold
Lynn will be sharing the benefits of hypnosis in response to easing stress and supporting the mind-body connection. She’ll guide us through a short hypnosis session and give us tools to take home to do our own self-hypnosis process to aid the body in its best health and strengthen the mind-body connection. Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

We will gather together to relax our bodies, empty our minds, and let our spirits soar.
The arts of meditation and sound healing will guide each of us to look inside and discover the universe within, leading us not only to new inner experiences, but helping to transform our day-to-day life into a better, and more meaningful and fulfilling existence. As well as restoring inner peace and balancing one’s chakras, these healing arts can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health.
Let the vibration and sound waves of the quartz crystal bowls wash over your body, creating a sound bath for your entire being, and let the chimes dance around you like the breeze at the oceans edge.
No experience necessary, all are welcome!!
