The weather is warming, moods are lifting, restrictions are easing – it’s time for people to take charge of their own health… with a steady schedule of yoga & meditation and an accountability partner to walk with you on your journey!

If you aren’t local to VB, you can still do this because online classes count! (We’ll be adding another online class in May and you have full access to an archive library of classes, too.) My friends, I cannot stress enough the benefits of yoga to your physical and emotional health. It’s a great time to come out of your shell and try it!!
*10 weeks of unlimited yoga (in-studio, online and outside);
*Two full hour sessions on the BioMat and BioAcoustic Mat in the Zen Den;
*One half-hour private yoga or coaching “kick-off” session;
*Four 15-minute accountability sessions;
*10% discount on all workshops, services, and merchandise during the program period
(Private sessions must be used during the duration of the program)
