Satita will be sharing her massage skills with a hand or head massage and Kacie will be offering Reiki. Don't miss this powerful opportunity for healing and restoration.
The healing vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments train the body and mind to relax and heal itself. It actually has been shown to lower blood pressure and improve circulation! Come with an open mind about how the body and the mind can find an unusual sense of peace and healing.

There are many well-documented psychological, physiological, and spiritual benefits of mindfulness. More than 200 major medical centers across the US now implement many mindfulness-based therapies to assist in healing. But how do I practice it, and what does it mean to live mindfully?
Mindfulness is easy in concept- and challenging in practice simply because of our fast-paced, multi-tasking lives. Learning to be mindful is a powerful skill that can help us navigate the stresses of daily life. It can help us make our minds more user-friendly and our emotions less scary and overwhelming.
This workshop is a deep dive into creating a mindfulness lifestyle where our desire for presence, ease, and joy influence every decision and every action.
Vision Board Workshop

Whether the focus is a total-life view or a more specific objective, such as a career or relationship, Vision Boards are effective at bringing intention to whatever you define as your desire. Coming together and sharing it with like-minded people invites even more energy into your intention! Your board will keep you positive and centered on the good things you’ll be ushering into your life in the new year! Let’s gather to identify our hopes, desires, and dreams for our future and create a beautiful work of art to remind ourselves of our vision!
We will start with a short meditation to get grounded and centered, with time to get clear, then you’ll have ample opportunity to create your Vision Board work of art!
Winter Solstice Celebration

Instead of making resolutions - which encourage us to change something that doesn't necessarily mean anything or have any personal relevance in order to find happiness - we will learn to create a sankalpa, or intention, to shape the new year and draw us closer to our truest self. Meditation, pranayama, and strong flowing asana practices will be used to purify the body, become clear on what makes the heart sing, and build prana or life force, creating space within to dream big.
