Soul Oasis Teen Retreat

The Soul Oasis Retreat offers a transformative experience where young participants can embrace self-discovery and create lasting memories in a supportive and nurturing environment. It's a chance for teens to step away from their regular routines and explore the path of personal growth, health, and well-being.
During our Soul Oasis Retreat, participants will experience two different styles of yoga, create and design their own vision board based on their own dreams and desires, cultivate mindfulness and body-positivity in the context of a mindful snack, and top off the day with a dream-like sound healing session with Reiki and massage. This day will rejuvenate their young souls, foster open communication and expand on skills like self-care, stress management, and building healthy relationships.
Fall Equinox Yin with Reiki

The Fall Equinox is the beginning of the shift from the warm days of summer to the cooler days of fall.
A Yin Yoga practice is a wonderful way to release blockages in the body, get back to center and fully embrace the changing of the season. The focus in Yin is holding passive poses for an extended time to promote the flow of grounding and harmonizing energy through the body. Fall is often associated with turning inward and introspection; Yin yoga fosters a gentle and reflective environment to more powerfully cultivate mindfulness and connect more deeply with inner self.
Reiki healing helps promote emotional release and tapping into intuitive abilities, helps to provide clarity and guidance for navigating a smoother transition to a new season.
Essential oils are a beautifully fragrant complement to Yin and Reiki for helping to regulate mood, support the immune system, improve quality of sleep as well as non-sleep relaxation. Oils will be diffused and used as aromatherapy and only applied topically as each student may prefer.
