Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra with Reiki: A Journey of Deep Relaxation

Unwind, re-center, and allow your body to rest and heal through a transformative sound journey. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments, creating a deeply meditative experience. Reiki will also be offered to enhance your sense of balance and well-being.
This session is entirely meditative—no movement, just pure relaxation. You’ll rest comfortably in Savasana for the full duration, allowing the sounds to guide you into a deep state of rest. While the goal is a meditative state, if sleep happens, that’s okay—honor what your body needs.
All are welcome. Join us for an hour of stillness, healing, and renewal.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the gentle laying on of hands to promote balance and well-being. It is believed to channel universal life energy to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Reiki aims to facilitate relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the body's natural healing abilities. It is a non-invasive and holistic practice that can be used alongside conventional medical treatments.
Forest Bathing and Walking Meditation
3rd Saturday of each month│9:00-9:45am
We often spend time meditating in seated postures or being mindful in asanas, but how often do we shift our awareness when we're simply walking?
We'll take the practice outside of the studio and silently (or not-so-silently) walk together, basking in the healthy negative ions of the forest, breathing in the powerful phtyoncides of the wood's essential oils, feeling connected through the system of roots and branches, and finding meditation in movement.
This monthly event is currently free.
Inside Flow
Every Monday at 9:30-10:30am
Inside Flow is a Vinyasa class that moves with the music and embodies the energy of the song to help you experience a flow like state of mind without any resistance.
Some knowledge of yoga is strongly recommended.
