Summer is not over! And beach yoga will go on! ✨✨ Sunday Sunset yoga is on Sunday night 7pm. I hope you’ll join us. It’s the best way to wrap up your weekend, get you set on the right foot for the week ahead, AND soak up a few more summer vibes! Let’s do it. Don't forget - tomorrow we start Gentle Yoga with Myofascial Release at 11:30am. And Kundalini is still at 9:30am and Gentle Luna at 6p!

Gentle with MFR is a unique class that combines gentle yoga movements with myofascial release techniques. Using a tennis ball, we'll focus on massaging the fascia— the fibrous connective tissue that supports your muscles, organs, tendons, and bones. Over time, fascia can become dehydrated and restricted due to injury or age. This class will help restore its health by promoting hydration and freedom of movement through self-massage and targeted yoga poses.
